I am a professor in the Child Development Program at California State University, Chico.  I have taught college students since 1973, when I was hired as a head teacher in the Child Development Laboratory.  In the past, I have also taught courses in Psychology, Health and Human Services, and Honors.  My professional interests include parenting, family relations, and teaching/learning research.
