TGC Client Procedures

Providing public relations services to a client is a form of customer service. It is critical that each account team quickly form a solid understanding of each client's needs, goals and measurable objectives, deadlines and priorities.

It is also very important that account teams create a way for effective and open communication with clients. Providing agendas prior to meetings, wrap up reports after meetings and consistent, open communication are just a few ways to ensure solid client communication.
