WELCOME TO MY PORTFOLIO

Welcome to my portfolio, here you will a few of the things that I have been working on lately; whether it is class assignments, artwork or even home projects. I have provided a few easy links that you may click on to view my work. If you have any questions I have provided my email address in the links to the left, thank you and I hope you enjoy my work.

EACH TITLE IS A LINK THAT YOU MAY VIEW

- This is a Power Point Presentation that I created for my Phed 100 class, dealing with Anorexia.

- The Excel Spreadsheet Posted above is my 2007 Cross Country Log that i updated every single day. Now that my season is over i have posted it here for you to view. I apologize for all of the question marks, I dont know why they are there.

- The Excel Spreadsheet posted above is an example of my abilities to work with Excel. This spreadsheet is an example of the 3 months worth of my spending habits.

- Posted above is a 15 page research paper that i wrote dealing with Running Economy (RE) and its affect on distance running performance, and how it is a better indicator of performance than VO2max.

- Posted above is an eight page paper that I wrote for my Sociology 100 class. This paper looks into the affects that industrialization has had on our environment and offers suggestions on ways our society can start to change.

- Posted above is a review of my 2007 Fall Semester goals, this was originally an assignment for my Phed 100 class, however the goals that i set are something that i ended up really taking to heart and frequently looked at to make sure i was meeting those goals.

- Posted are two examples of my abilities to use Microsoft Publisher. These two examples are a pamphlet and an advertisement about a fake Cryotherapy Center I opened up. I apologize for the low quality, because i had to scan them due to me deleting them off my comptuer.

This photoshop picture is of me coming in second to Alan Webb, the American Record Holder in the mile.

This link goes to a one page paper just reviewing my experiences taking PHED 100.
