  • I started as a dishwasher and worked my way through every facet of the restaurant business. I worked each station on the kitchen line from Saute to Salads.

  • I worked two days as a dishwasher and was immediately moved up to prep cook. After a few months at prep I moved to the front of the kitchen where I have worked grill, fryer, pizzas, salads and deserts.
  • Johnnie's Restaurant is in its infancy, but in its first year of business managed to turn a profit.
  • Johnnie's is located in the bottom of the Hotel Diamond, a historic building in Downtown Chico, and was recently renovated in Spring 2005.

  • I worked as a messenger boy for the newspaper in the beginning eventually working my way up to minor reporting, "paste-up" and copy editing.
